Monday marked the first day of Summer. My favorite time of the year! Just thinking about it makes me happy. Lots of sun, warm weather, beach days, the smell of suncreen, watermelon, BBQ's, fresh fruit, family & friend get-togethers, travel, birthday, red white and blue, ice cream, peaches, cherries... I could go on and on... This week I also found a great recipe for summer, Fresh Strawberry Pie. It was easy to make and very yummy too!
