One Down... Three To Go!
Tonight I got my first batch pf pomegranate jelly done. I truly do enjoy this annual tradition!

I used a bit of the jelly, with some cardamom and black pepper, as a marinade and then glaze for baked chicken legs (recipe on my blog later this week) and can I say, we do good work. Great stuff!
